A fluorine-lined stop valve is a type of valve in which the closing member (disc) is driven by a valve stem and moves up and down along the center axis of the valve seat. It is a commonly used shut-off valve, mainly used to connect or shut off the medium in a pipeline, and is generally not used to regulate flow.Widely applicable to water supply, drainage, fire protection, HVAC, and other piping systems.

Technical features

  1. Compared to gate valves, globe valves have a simpler structure and are easier to manufacture and maintain.
  2. The sealing surfaces are less prone to wear and tear, ensuring better sealing performance and a longer service life.
  3. During opening and closing, the valve disc travels a shorter distance, resulting in shorter operation times and a smaller valve height.
  4. The valve disc and valve stem are designed as an integrated structure, offering a compact design and enhanced safety.
  5. Globe valves come in three structural forms: straight-through, straight-flow, and angle-type. The straight-through type is the most commonly used, the angle-type can be installed at the corners of pipeline systems, and the straight-flow type has the lowest flow resistance among globe valves.
  6. Pneumatic or electric actuators can be configured according to user requirements to meet remote control and programmable control needs.
  7. By replacing the lining material of parts, the valve can be adapted to various media.
