All homes ship flat-packed to save freight cost. A 20ft folding house folds to just 400mm height, meaning 4 units fit in one 40ft HQ container. We handle loading and documentation; you handle customs clearance at your port. Shipping cost varies by destination — we provide a freight quote with your product quotation.

A standard 20ft folding house can be installed by 3-4 workers in 4 hours using basic tools (wrench, drill, screwdriver). No crane or heavy equipment required. 40ft and expandable models take 6-8 hours. Every unit ships with a detailed installation manual and video guide.

For temporary installations (under 3 years), you can place units directly on level ground with concrete blocks or steel pads. For permanent installations, we recommend a simple concrete slab or pier foundation. We provide foundation drawings free of charge.

Yes. We offer 12 exterior colors, multiple roof styles (flat/pitched), customizable interior layouts (studio, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR), and optional add-ons: solar panels, AC/heating, decks, canopies, and custom windows. Tell us your needs and our engineers will design a solution.

Standard wall panels are 75mm EPS/Rock wool/PU sandwich panels (R-13 to R-20). For extreme cold (below -20°C), we upgrade to 100mm panels. For extreme heat (above 45°C), we add reflective foil and ventilation. Our homes are deployed from Canada to the Middle East — we’ll specify the right insulation for your climate.

Our products hold CE (European), ISO9001, and SGS certifications. Steel meets Q235B/Q345B international standards. Electrical systems are compatible with US (110V/60Hz), EU (230V/50Hz), and AU/NZ standards. We provide all certificates with your shipment for customs clearance.

5-year structural warranty on steel frame. 2-year warranty on electrical and plumbing systems. 1-year warranty on finishes (paint, flooring, fixtures). Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, extreme weather beyond rated capacity, or normal wear and tear.

We handle FOB China port shipping by default — we load your container and provide all export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, BL, certificate of origin). For door-to-door service, we partner with freight forwarders who can handle customs clearance and last-mile delivery in your country. Just ask!

Absolutely. We welcome buyers, distributors, and trade partners to visit our 40,000㎡ facility in Hebei, China. We can arrange airport pickup, hotel booking, and a guided factory tour. For those who can’t travel, we offer virtual factory tours via video call. Contact us to schedule a visit.
